About

03 · /about

I'm Alper. I build AI automations for businesses, ship my own products, and spend most of my time turning messy manual processes into calm, invisible systems. Code is the tool. Time saved is the product.

04 · Services

In concrete terms, I build three things.

Small business or large team, the starting point is the same: the manual work that takes up most of your time.

  • Customer and sales automation

AI agents that answer customer messages, pass sales-ready ones to your team, find leads and follow up with them.

    • An assistant that offers free slots to appointment requests from Instagram
    • An assistant that sends course enquiries the schedule and price, then books a call
    Example: Sales Architect →
  • Operations management systems

Nobody should have to call to find out where a job stands: the office assigns it, the field team logs progress, everyone follows it in one place.

    • An office panel and a mobile app for the field team
    • Step-by-step job tracking, notifications and a daily cash summary
    Example: Compass →
  • Custom web and mobile software

Where off-the-shelf tools fall short, an application made for your work: from design to launch.

    • An iOS app, published on the App Store
    • A website with user accounts
    Example: Seenfy →

04 · The shift

Your team does the real work, the system does the rest.

  1. 09:00

Last night's finished work is summed up for the team; today's first list is ready.

Morning summaryData & reporting on the desk

  2. 10:20

Customer questions were answered while the team was in a meeting; the sales-ready one went to the team.

    WhatsAppAI agent answered

  3. 11:45

Supplier invoices were read from email and entered into the accounting sheet.

    Email → accountingWorkflow automation entered

  4. 14:30

A draft proposal came out of the call notes; the salesperson only checked it and sent it.

    ProposalDocument automation sent

  5. 16:10

A customer calling for an appointment was offered free slots from the calendar; the booking was created.

    PhoneVoice assistant booked

  6. 18:00

The office closed. The system keeps doing the same work.

    Office closed continuing

  7. 19:40

    WhatsAppAI agent answered

  8. 21:05

An application from the website went into the CRM; a sales task was opened for the morning.

    Form → CRMWorkflow automation entered

  9. 01:30

An ad set that went over its daily budget was paused.

    AdsGrowth systems paused

  10. 03:00

Sales and stock data were merged and the daily report was generated.

    ReportData & reporting ready

  11. 06:45

Reminders for today's appointments went out from the mobile app.

    AppProduct engineering sent

  12. 09:00

4 tasks done on the clock, 5 after hours. Summary on the desk; the loop starts again.

    New day on the desk

I build these systems for other people. Some of them I built for myself.

05 · What I've built

What I've built, what I'm building.

My company, my own products and the companies I co-founded. Not all of them are finished; each one says where it stands.

How I work

We start with a problem, not a proposal.

  1. Scope

Before any code is written, we find the real constraint together. Most delays come from solving the wrong problem.

  2. Build

You talk directly to the person doing the work. No account managers, no status decks.

  3. Delivery

Working software arrives throughout, not at the end. You see it running from the first week.

There are three ways to work together: a fixed-scope project, a developer joining your team, or a technical audit of your current system.
